We Feel Love in Our Brains not in Our Hearts

Since, it's already December 1, here's a friendly reminder for this season of love.

YOU CAN MAKE THE PERSON WHO LOVES YOU HAPPY JUST BY BEING THERE.

It's the brain that feels love, not the heart. The heart is the muscular organ that pumps blood and it pumps faster when we're in love. The relationship of the heart with love is just symbolic. Since the heart is our center. The person we love becomes the center of our attention, thoughts and feelings. Seeing or being near that person makes our heartbeat race and we feel elated because of adrenalin rush. Adrenaline rush can be quite addicting as we all know. Feeling down slows down our heartbeat. The term broken hearted refers to when we feel emotional pain in the same part of the brain that feels physical pain. It can deeply be depressing and can literally kill through heart attack/failure. Hence, be careful not to break anybody's heart. This is the very reason why I rapidly cancel out connection with people, including friends who I can sense will just break my heart. You want to live long? Stay out of the Broken Heart Zone.

CHILDREN, IF YOU WANT YOUR PARENTS TO LIVE LONG...SIMPLE...DO NOT BREAK THEIR HEARTS.
